FLORENT VERDÈS est architecte, diplômé de l’École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Malaquais en 2018. Après un apprentissage chez l’architecte Bernard Khoury à Beyrouth et des premières années pour l’Atelier Georgi Stanishev à Paris, son mémoire universitaire sur l’architecture des défilés Chanel — dont Karl Lagerfeld avait un exemplaire — marqua sa rencontre avec Stefan Lubrina, scénographe des défilés, avec lequel il travaille sur différents projets depuis 2019, notamment un livre à paraître aux éditions Steidl (2026).
Basé à Paris, son atelier traite les domaines de l’architecture, du décor, de la scénographie et de l’édition de mobilier contemporain.
FLORENT VERDÈS is an architect who graduated from the École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris-Malaquais in 2018. After an apprenticeship with architect Bernard Khoury in Beirut and his early years at Atelier Georgi Stanishev in Paris, his university thesis on the architecture of Chanel fashion shows — a copy of which was owned by Karl Lagerfeld — led to his meeting with Stefan Lubrina, the scenographer behind the shows, with whom he has collaborated on various projects since 2019, including a book to be published by Steidl in 2026.
Based in Paris, his studio works across architecture, set design, scenography, and the design and publishing of contemporary furniture.
