01 — CONCEPTION
The studio works from
any type of brief — whether precise and detailed, guided by an existing creative direction, or entirely open: a blank page to inhabit. This phase establishes the narrative and spatial foundations
of the project.
Missions:
Brief analysis or creation, site and constraints study, reference research, spatial and narrative concept development,
art direction.
Deliverables:
Freehand sketches (ESQ - Schematic Design), mood boards, concept note, initial material and finish selection, presentation document, preliminary budget orientations.
02 — DEVELOPMENT
The project takes shape — from technical drawings to scale models. This phase transforms the schematic design into an executable and costed project.
Missions:
Overall and detailed plans (APS, APD - Design Development), 3D modelling, photorealistic renderings, study and presentation scale models, detailed budget, execution schedule, contractors' brief
(DCE - Tender Package), selection and consultation of craftspeople and suppliers.
Deliverables:
CAD plans, 3D and photorealistic renderings, physical scale models, project book, complete DCE (Tender Package), detailed budget estimate.
03 — PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
The studio coordinates all contributors through to delivery — from workshop productions to on-site installations, within the agreed schedule and budget.
Missions:
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (structure, joinery, lighting, sound, décor, floral, technical), fabrication and production follow-up, site supervision, lighting design direction, reception and installation of artworks and furniture according to each project.
Deliverables:
Completed space.
Photography and short videos.
FEES
The conception phase (ESQ - Schematic Design) is billed as a fixed fee, defined at the time of commission according to the nature and complexity of the project. This fee allows the client to access a complete initial creative direction for a controlled upfront commitment.
For a full commission, fees are calculated as a percentage of the production budget (excl. VAT). For event scenography projects: 15 to 20%. For interior architecture and retail projects: 12 to 15%.
Each phase may be commissioned independently, with a fee defined at the time of engagement.
Payments: 30% upon commission — 40% upon DCE (Tender Package) — 30% upon delivery. For short projects (under 3 months): 50% upon commission — 50% upon delivery.
