Réaménagement d’un appartement de vacances pour une famille à Saint Malo intramuros. Dépose lourde, reprise du plan et des volumes, logement dessiné traversant à la lumière, sol des années 1950 restauré et déplacé passant d’un axe qui était transversal à un axe longitudinal, deux chambres adultes, chambre wagon-lit pour des enfants, grand salon, cuisine ouverte, îlot central.
Renovation of a holiday apartment for a family in Saint-Malo’s walled city. Complete strip-out, redesign of the layout and volumes, through-apartment planned to maximize natural light, 1950s flooring restored and repositioned, shifting from a transverse axis to a longitudinal one, two adult bedrooms, train-compartment-style children’s bedroom, large living room, open-plan kitchen with an island.
