Complete renovation of a private apartment within the city walls of Saint-Malo (100 sq.m).
The apartment comprises a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a children’ sleeping car, and a bathroom. The project involved full demolition and reconfiguration of the volumes, creating a light-filled through-apartment from one façade to the other. Fireplace and false ceilings were removed, walls treated and patinated, flooring repositioned to follow the new path of natural light, with balanced bedroom layouts, a 50 m² open living area, and a central patio.
